Almost every event problem we see is an under-count. One unit per fifty guests over four hours is the honest starting point, and you go up from there for a longer event, a hot day, or a bar. Two units for eighty guests reads as generous; one unit for eighty reads as a queue everyone remembers.
There’s always a spot — behind the garage, at the fence line, around the corner of the shelter — that keeps units reachable without putting them in the background of every picture. We look for it on delivery instead of dropping at the first flat patch.
If you’re closing a Seattle street or booking a city park shelter, the permit usually specifies where units can sit and what has to stay clear. Send us what the permit says and we’ll place to it — it’s a lot easier than moving them later.
