Every quote we give is one flat number covering delivery, servicing and pickup. Here’s what actually moves that number, and how the three most common bookings are put together.
Which unit. A standard is the cheapest thing we rent and a restroom trailer is the most expensive, with a wide gap in between. Most orders mix them.
How long. Weekend, weekly and monthly are priced differently. Past about three weeks the monthly rate wins comfortably, so ask for it.
How often we service it. Weekly covers most job sites. Heavy-use sites and multi-day festivals need more, and that’s the honest driver of cost on a long rental.
Where it’s going. A Ballard driveway and a Vashon Island farm are not the same delivery. Ferry-served addresses carry a component for the sailing, which we tell you about when we quote rather than after.
Delivery and placement where you want it, the unit clean and stocked on arrival, the scheduled servicing for the whole rental, restocking of paper, soap and towels, pickup at the end, and disposal at a licensed treatment facility. If you see a number from us, that’s what’s inside it.
Book earlier than you think you need to, particularly for summer Saturdays. Be honest about the headcount so we size it right first time. Batch island and peninsula deliveries onto one date. And if the placement is going to run more than three weeks, say so at the start so we quote it monthly from day one.
