Gate width, overhead branches, how firm the lawn is after rain, where the nearest standard outlet sits, and whether there’s a hose bib in reach. We check all of it ahead of the date rather than discovering it on the morning. Venues we already know, we can usually confirm from the address alone.
A two-station trailer comfortably covers about a hundred guests; past that, either a larger trailer or a trailer plus deluxe units. Add an accessible unit for guests who need one and a handwashing station near the catering tent, and the restroom side of the day is genuinely finished.
